Minutes of Henllanfallteg Community Association held on October 4th 2007 in the Millennium Hall at 7.30 pm

Stage
On going. Awaiting work in school to be completed and stage required for our 6th October event.
Future events
Night out evening Sat 6th Oct 19.30. Open from 18.00. When the boys come home, Tickets £4.50 concessions £2.00 Arrangements finalised.
History Society talk, Landscape of Wales, Sat 27tyh Oct.
Prize Bingo Sat 24th November to finalise. Prizes needed plus raffle.
Boxing day Walk - OK
Grease sing along – Mike Calvert to forward details
History Society slide show on local History Wed January 16th. Will need main room.
Horse race night – March 08 to finalise
Whitland Choir Date to fix sometime in 08 to suit them.

Hall maintenance and decoration works.
Side bench – second now installed
Mike Calvert and Mike Hermitage cleaned the end wall.
Outside stone work painting to be considered for next summer – acquire quotes and place an order over the winter period. DK to prepare a specification for the works required.
Foul drains found blocked with paper towels. Notices to fix to bar flushing them away.
Finance
Report attached
Letter to be sent to Playing Field Trustees confirming conditions of the loan.
It was agreed to set up a record line for Community project work, and split the band/dancers income on the report in future.
