4. To receive the minutes of the last AGM, already approved on 12 July 2006

5. To receive the Chairman's report 2006/07 - Dave King presented his report, a copy of which is attached to the minutes

6. To receive the financial report for 2006/07 - This report was prepared by the clerk and signed by the Chairman, a copy is attached to the minutes

7. To ratify nominations to:
a. Henllanfallteg Community Association - Dave King
b. Llanfallteg Memorial Playing Field Association - Mrs Christine Young
