Cancer Research Wales

On June 26th Cancer Research Wales held a charity bike ride in Cardiff along the Taff Trail and around Cardiff's stunning marina. The event was well attended and the weather gave us it's best with clear blue skys for miles. I took part with a family relative, Chris Smith and his friend Bob.

It was great to see many families with children of all ages taking part as well as the keener cyclists eager to take on the longer route around St Fagans. Although the distance wasn't much compared to the tour of Pembrokeshires 118 miles a day out appreciating Cardiff outside of the hot stuffy car was a day worth having. Shall definately look to take part again next year and help raise some well needed funds.
